Wicksly is the Deadlock Wiki's unofficial mascot, an original creation inspired by the aesthetic designs of the Deadlock game. They were originally created by Hotkoin, with Paangoliin drawing key art, and corinj contributing their logo design.
Wicksly is a sentient Trooper who gained awareness through scientific experiments from curious professors. Newly infused with sapience and a drive to find purpose, Wicksly seeks knowledge in every form to document and catalogue.
With the Patrons continuing to conduct rituals and pitching their fellow Troopers into battle, Wicksly's quest for knowledge has begun to put them in some danger as they note tactics and strategies from the sidelines. Their quill marks strategies and Spiritual theories in equal measure; even writing out the hurled insults that combatants may offer.
In the end, Wicksly's work is all collated and organized by them into a vast, encyclopedic library of their experiences. Recently, students have discovered that Wicksly will eagerly accept feedback, suggestions and even re-writes of facts and observations. While this has lead to a certain level of vandalism and practical jokes, many students have taken on the "duty" of maintaining this library; a collaborative effort that can benefit all who read it.
